How do I switch and keep my number?
Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone, pick a Voltari plan, and enter the code at checkout. The switch completes within one working day and your old plan cancels itself.
My signal has dropped — what do I do?
Check the live network status on our coverage page first. If everything shows green, toggle aeroplane mode for ten seconds. Still stuck? The 24/7 faults line will pick up in under a minute.
Where do I get an eSIM?
Buy any plan and choose eSIM at checkout — a QR code lands in your inbox within 90 seconds. Scan it in your phone’s settings and you’re live before the kettle boils.
Can I get an unlock code for my old phone?
Voltari never locks phones, so nothing to unlock from us. If your handset is locked to a previous network, they’re legally required to unlock it free of charge — we have a guide to nudging them along.
