Quick answers

My internet is down — what first?

Check the router: if the light is calm teal, all is well our end — try turning the router off for 30 seconds. If it's amber, call the faults line on 01599 200 940. It's answered around the clock, by a person.

I'm moving house. Can I take Fjordnet with me?

If your new street is on our network, yes — we'll move you free of charge and aim to have you live on moving day. If it isn't, there's no exit fee; we'll just be sorry to see you go.

How do I register interest for my village?

Use the form above with the topic “Register interest for my area”, or just phone. Every registration genuinely counts towards where the diggers go next — it's how Kilbrae jumped the queue.

Do you have a proper complaints process?

Yes — write to the address above or email us, and the owner reads every complaint personally. If we can't sort it within eight weeks (we've never taken that long), you can take it to the ombudsman free of charge.
