Will my price go up after a year?
No. There's no introductory rate to expire. £29 today is £29 next year. If our costs ever force a change, it applies to new sign-ups — existing customers keep the price they joined on.
What does the 60-day money-back promise cover?
Everything. If Fjordnet isn't what we said it would be within your first 60 days, tell us and we'll refund every penny you've paid — and we'll even reconnect your old service if you want us to. You keep the router; posting it back is a faff.
Do I need a phone line?
No. Fjordnet is pure fibre — no phone line, no line rental. If you'd like a home phone number, we can add a digital voice service that plugs into the router for £4 a month.
Is the speed shared with my neighbours?
Every home gets its own dedicated fibre from the street cabinet. Our network is built with generous headroom, which is why our evening averages sit within about 1% of the advertised figure.
How do I switch from my current provider?
Order with us and do nothing else. We arrange the switchover date, install before your old service ends so you're never offline, and notify your old provider. If they charge you an exit fee, show us the bill and we'll credit up to £50 towards it.
