Full-fibre + 5G · Nationwide
Your street. Our fibre. Photons doing 200,000 km a second, ending at your sofa. Nordvia is broadband engineered like an instrument — and priced like it isn't.
The journey
Scroll. This is the eleven-millisecond life of a single frame of your video call.
Your frame leaves a core node — one of 34 across the country, each with dual power feeds and dual fibre exits. Nothing here has a single point of failure.
It rides our own dark fibre at two-thirds the speed of light in glass. No leased congestion, no peak-time queueing. The route is ours end to end.
Except there isn't one. Full fibre means no copper cabinet slowing things down on the corner — the glass runs straight past it, unbroken.
The light terminates at the Nordvia Hub on your wall. Total journey: nine milliseconds. You blinked slower than that.

Plans
Every plan runs on the same glass, the same core, the same 9 ms. You only choose how wide to open the tap.

Why Nordvia
Upload as fast as you download, on every plan. Cloud backups, streams and calls stop being second-class traffic.
We publish median latency from 40,000 live probes. Not a lab figure — the network as it actually is, right now.
The price you sign is the price you pay, for the whole term. In writing, in the contract, in plain English.
Bundle a Nordvia 5G SIM and your connection follows you out of the door. One bill, one network, zero handover fuss.
Signals received
No buffering wheel. No 7 pm slowdown. The absence of annoyance is the product.
I stream, my partner raids, both kids are on video calls — and the line doesn't even flinch. Switching took one afternoon and one cup of tea.
I edit video for a living and push 200 GB to the cloud most weeks. Symmetric upload changed my working day. I finish while the old me would still be watching a progress bar.
Their status page told me about the only outage before I noticed it. Eleven minutes, honest post-mortem published the next day. That's how you keep a customer for life.
Questions
Yes — FTTP, fibre to the premises. The glass runs unbroken from our exchange to a small termination point on your wall. No copper, no street cabinet bottleneck, no "fibre" asterisks.
A Nordvia engineer runs the fibre from the nearest access point to your home, fits the wall unit and the Hub, and stays until a speed test on your own device confirms the plan you're paying for. Most visits take under two hours.
No. Nordvia is a pure data network. If you want a home phone, add Nordvia Voice for £4/month — your existing number ports over and calls run over the fibre.
Under One Touch Switch we handle the change for you — you never contact your old provider. If you're mid-contract, we'll credit up to £120 towards early-termination fees on 24-month plans.
Standard installation is free on every plan. A non-standard build (long private driveway, listed building consents) is quoted before any work starts — and you can walk away at no cost.
Thirty seconds to check. Five days to install. A decade of not thinking about your broadband.
