Pricing questions

What's the difference between monthly rolling and 24 months?
Same network, same speed, same kit. The 24-month price is £4–£5/month lower because we can plan capacity around you. Monthly rolling can be cancelled with 30 days' notice at any time.
Will I actually get the advertised speed?
Fibre doesn't degrade with distance the way copper does, so the wired speed at the Hub matches your plan — our engineer proves it on install day with a test on your own device. Wi-Fi speeds depend on your home; that's what mesh units are for.
What happens at the end of the 24 months?
You roll onto the same price on a monthly basis — no loyalty penalty, no "out of contract" surcharge. We'll email you 30 days before with the current best offers, and you choose.
Are there usage caps or traffic shaping?
No caps, no shaping, no fair-use small print, no throttling gamers at 7 pm. The network is built for everyone using it at once — that's the point of owning the glass.
Can I keep my current router?
The fibre terminates in our wall unit, which hands off standard Ethernet — so yes, you can run your own router behind it. We still include the Hub in case you change your mind.
