Coverage
We use the big guys' towers.
Same signal. Third of the price.
We don't own masts. We rent space on the ones the premium brands built and skip the flagship stores, the sponsorships and the retention departments. The radio waves genuinely cannot tell the difference.
Fig. 1 — the UK, drawn from memory, in a hurry. The dots are real* (*representative). Precision maps are for networks that need you to squint at the gaps.
Type postcode.
Receive good news.
99% UK population coverage on 4G, 5G in every major town and city. If a premium network works on your street, so do we — it's their mast.
LS1 4AP · 5G outdoors & in · est. 400 Mbps down · latency low enough to lose at online games on merit.
Demo checker: everyone is covered. Reality: 99% of you. The other 1% live somewhere gorgeous, which is its own reward.
The honesty box
Where it doesn't work
- The Tube, between stations. Nobody's signal survives a Victorian tunnel. Download your podcasts.
- Some Scottish glens. If you're there, you went there to escape people like us. You're welcome.
- Your mate's basement flat. WiFi calling is included and fixes this, but we're not pretending the basement isn't a basement.
This section exists because coverage pages that claim 100% are lying, and lying is a Big Telecom feature.
Rollout
The roadmap,
without the fog
-
Done — 2024
Launch on the big network
Full 4G and 5G access from day one. We launched with one plan and a website that was mostly a number.
-
Done — 2025
5G standalone in 12 cities
The proper 5G, not the badge-on-the-status-bar kind. Latency dropped to "is this WiFi?" levels.
-
Done — Spring 2026
eSIM instant transfers
Switch networks in the time it takes your old provider's hold music to reach the second movement.
-
Next — Late 2026
5G standalone everywhere we roam
Rolling out across every 5G area on the host network. You'll do nothing. It'll just get faster. That's the whole ask.
-
2027
Satellite texting in dead zones
For the glens (see honesty box). Emergency texts via satellite when there's no mast for miles. Still £15.

Last incident: 41 days ago
"Degraded 5G in central Birmingham for 74 minutes. A digger found a cable. The digger has apologised. Full write-up published same day, because pretending nothing happened is a Big Telecom feature."
Convinced?
Your postcode said yes.
Don't leave it hanging.
Same towers. Same signal. £15. This is not a hard decision and we both know it.
