Who makes the calls
There is a number in your base you will not reach in time.
Analogue and ISDN lines stop carrying calls on 31 January 2027. Every customer still on either needs a conversation before that date, and the arithmetic on how many conversations a reseller team can have in a working week does not come out in your favour.
That is the specific problem our calling partner exists to solve.
The migration you cannot staff
Most resellers are working the base in order of account size. The big customers get called, the long tail gets a letter, and the long tail is exactly where a competitor goes looking.
It costs more than the lines. A migration conversation is the easiest opening you will ever get to talk about connectivity, mobile, Microsoft 365 and security — so an account you skip is not just a line lost, it is the upsell attached to it lost with the customer.
Reaching all of them takes phone hours you do not have and cannot sensibly recruit for a window this short.
Who Lets Elevate are
Lets Elevate Ltd, company number 16997386, at Botley Mills near Southampton. Lewis Hickish and Leah Marlow. UK callers, B2B only, no offshore room and no script read at speed.
They put email deliberately ahead of the call, which matters more in this market than most. A customer who has already read what happens to their lines answers the phone differently to one hearing it cold.
The evidence
Their strongest campaign is in technology, close enough to this channel to be worth reading properly.
Twelve months, 127 qualified appointments, £3.8m of pipeline. The figure that matters most is the one underneath those: 72% of the appointments went to proposal.
Those are Lets Elevate's own reported figures for that campaign.
That is the number separating an agency that books meetings from an agency that books the right meetings, and it is the question worth putting to anyone who pitches you outbound. Most cannot answer it.
What we do, and what they do
On a TelecomGrowth campaign, we build the site, the positioning and the switch-off content that makes an inbound enquiry possible. Lets Elevate makes the outbound calls into the base you already have.
Two different jobs, and each of us does its own.
If you are running the migration yourself
Most resellers will, and that is a perfectly good answer. The switch-off material on this site is built to support it and it is yours to use whether or not you ever speak to either of us.
If the base is bigger than the team, that is a conversation worth having now rather than in the last quarter before the date, when every provider in the country is busy and porting queues are at their longest.
