FIG 00 / DEDICATED CONNECTIVITY

Networks, engineered.

Dedicated fibre, private networks and managed WAN for organisations that treat connectivity as infrastructure — not an office utility. Designed, built and monitored by engineers you can name.

Three circuits. No small print.

Every Copperline circuit is dedicated, symmetric and uncontended. The number on the order form is the number on the wire.

FIG 04 / METHOD

Built like documentation reads

Four reasons engineering teams move to Copperline — and stay.

01

Dedicated, not shared

Every circuit is yours alone: symmetric, uncontended, no traffic shaping, no fair-use asterisk. Peak-hour throughput equals 3 a.m. throughput.

02

Engineers answer the phone

No first-line script. Calls to our NOC land with a network engineer holding CLI access to your circuit. Median time to a human: 40 seconds.

03

SLAs with teeth

99.995% availability, 4-hour MTTR, and service credits applied automatically to your next invoice. You never have to claim.

04

Everything documented

Circuit diagrams, splice records, latency baselines and change logs — delivered at handover and kept current. Your network, on paper, always.

FIG 06 / FIELD REPORTS

From the people who run the networks

We migrated 43 sites onto a Copperline private WAN in one quarter. The cutover plan they produced was better than our own internal documentation. Zero unplanned downtime.
Dara OkonjoHead of Infrastructure, Halvert & Moss LLP
When a digger cut our primary in March, failover held and their engineer rang us before our monitoring fired. That call is why we renewed for five years.
Priya NairCTO, Vanta Medical Group
Copperline quote latency figures per route, in writing, before you sign. Nobody else we tendered would. The measured numbers came in under the quoted ones.

Frequently asked, precisely answered

Anything else — ask an engineer directly. We answer within one working day.

Q.01What does “dedicated” actually mean?

A fibre pair and bandwidth allocation reserved exclusively for your organisation, end to end. No contention with other customers, no shaping, no peak-time degradation. 1 Gbps ordered is 1 Gbps delivered, symmetrically, at any hour.

Q.02How long does installation take?

On-net buildings: 10–15 working days. Near-net (within 200 m of our duct): typically 30–45 working days including wayleave. We quote a firm date at survey and publish weekly build updates until handover.

Q.03Am I locked into a long contract?

Standard terms are 12, 24 or 36 months — longer terms buy the install cost down to £0. Every contract carries a 60-day exit clause if we breach SLA twice in any rolling quarter. We keep customers with uptime, not lock-in.

Q.04Can you take over our existing WAN?

Yes. We run a documented parallel-running migration: audit, build alongside the incumbent, cut over site by site outside business hours, then decommission. Typical 40-site estate: one quarter, zero unplanned downtime.

Q.05What happens when something breaks?

Our NOC monitors every circuit at one-minute resolution, 24/7/365. Most faults are raised by us before you notice. P1 incidents: engineer engaged within 15 minutes, contracted 4-hour fix, and automatic service credits if we miss it.
