SHEET 03 / ENTERPRISE

Infrastructure for organisations that can’t go dark.

Private WANs, dedicated internet access, managed voice and dark fibre — designed around your failure tolerances, delivered against a written SLA, and run by engineers who answer the phone.

FIG 03.1 / SOLUTIONS

Four disciplines, one supplier

DIA / DEDICATED INTERNET ACCESS

Dedicated internet

Uncontended symmetric circuits from 100 Mbps to 100 Gbps, delivered with BGP, your own address space or ours, and DDoS protection at the edge of our network — not yours.

WAN / PRIVATE NETWORKS

Private WAN

Layer 2 or layer 3 private networks across all your sites: MPLS or EVPN cores, QoS engineered per application, and every site diagram delivered at handover and kept current after every change.

VOICE / SIP & TEAMS

Managed voice

SIP trunking and Microsoft Teams direct routing over your own dedicated circuits, with per-call quality metrics, prioritised queuing and porting handled entirely by our provisioning team.

FIBRE / DARK & LIT WAVES

Dark fibre & waves

Dedicated fibre pairs or lit 10G–400G wavelengths between data centres and campuses, with a measured latency report per route before you sign and OTDR traces in the handover pack.

FIG 03.2 / SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

The SLA, in full view

Most providers bury this. We print it on page one of the contract. Credits apply automatically to your next invoice — you never file a claim.

FIG 03.3 / FIELD RESULTS

Recent deployments, measured

CASE 01 / LEGAL — 43 SITES

99.999%

National law firm, private WAN

43 offices migrated to an EVPN private WAN in one quarter. Measured availability over the first 12 months: 99.999%. Zero unplanned downtime during migration.

CASE 02 / HEALTH — 12 SITES

0.9 ms

Hospital group, imaging backbone

Dual 10G diverse circuits between three imaging centres and a private cloud. Round-trip latency delivered at 0.9 ms against a 2 ms contractual ceiling.

CASE 03 / LOGISTICS — 24/7 OPS

£0*

Freight operator, failover design

Diverse entry plus cellular failover across nine depots. Two fibre cuts in 18 months; both failed over in under a second. *Revenue lost to connectivity: zero.

How an engagement runs

No discovery workshops that go nowhere. A fixed, documented sequence from first call to lit service.

  1. WEEK 0 — SCOPE Requirements & failure tolerances

One structured call: sites, bandwidth, applications, and what an outage actually costs you per hour. That number drives the design.

  2. WEEK 1 — DESIGN Engineered proposal

Topology diagram, quoted latency per route, single points of failure identified, fixed pricing. Yours to keep whether you buy or not.

  3. WEEKS 2–8 — BUILD Survey, build, test

Wayleaves, civils and splicing with weekly written updates. Every circuit soak-tested for 72 hours before we call it ready.

  4. CUTOVER — OUT OF HOURS Migration, site by site

Parallel-running against your incumbent, cutovers outside business hours, instant rollback plan per site.

  5. ONGOING — OPERATE Monitored, documented, reviewed

One-minute-resolution monitoring, quarterly service reviews with measured-vs-SLA numbers, documentation kept current after every change.

FORM CL-03 / CONSULTATION

Book a design consultation

45 minutes with a network engineer — not a salesperson. Bring your site list and your worst outage story; leave with an outline design and a budget range.

  • No obligation — the outline design is yours either way
  • Engineer-led — the person you meet is the person who designs it
  • Five working days — from call to full written proposal

Consultation request

Request logged — ref CL-0000

An engineer will reply within one working day with three proposed slots. This is a demo site — no data was sent anywhere.
