  1. Q1 2026 — COMPLETE Sheffield & Newcastle rings lit

    Six new POPs, 310 km of new metro fibre, both cities live ahead of plan.

  2. Q2 2026 — COMPLETE London ring capacity doubled

    400G-capable DWDM line system across all six London POPs.

  3. Q3 2026 — IN BUILD Nottingham & Cardiff expansion

    Two additional POPs per city and a new diverse east–west route between them.

  4. Q4 2026 — SURVEYED Glasgow & Edinburgh entry

    Scottish ring: four POPs, diverse routes via the east and west coast paths.

  5. Q2 2027 — PLANNED Southampton & Portsmouth

    South-coast ring closing the loop back to London via two independent paths.
