Q.01Are there any usage caps or fair-use policies?
No. Dedicated means dedicated: run the circuit at 100% utilisation, both directions, continuously, forever. There is no cap, no shaping and no fair-use clause anywhere in the contract.
Q.02What does “near-net” pricing look like?
If your building is within ~200 m of our duct, we quote a one-off construction charge at survey — typically £1,500–£6,000 depending on the dig. On 36-month terms we frequently amortise it to £0. The survey itself is free and carries no obligation.
Q.03Can I upgrade bandwidth mid-term?
Yes, upward at any time — Metro 100 to 1G is a remote change made same-day, 1G to 10G usually needs an optic swap booked within five working days. You move to the new price; the term does not restart.
Q.04What do the SLA credits actually pay?
Miss the availability target and credits of 10–100% of the monthly charge apply on a published scale — see the SLA table. Credits are applied automatically to your next invoice; you never file a claim.
Q.05Is the price fixed for the whole term?
Yes. The monthly charge you sign is the monthly charge you pay for the full term — no CPI+3.9% escalators, no mid-contract “review”. At renewal we quote afresh and you decide.
